Using Aunti
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use Aunti only for lawful household and personal support services. Public registration is available to Clients, Aunties and Agencies. Ops accounts are invitation-only.
Provider approval
Creating an Auntie or Agency account does not mean that Aunti has approved the provider. Providers must complete onboarding and remain private and unavailable for bookings until Ops approval is complete.
Provider-managed services
Aunties and Agencies manage their own service products and rates. Aunti does not impose fixed service pricing. A booking may also include the platform booking fee, optional booking protection and a provider travel fee.
Platform charges and payouts
The current platform commission is 20%, the booking fee is R45 and optional booking protection is R20. Travel fees pass through to the provider. Provider payouts are scheduled by EFT on Mondays, subject to verification, applicable transaction or bank fees, disputes and valid payout holds.
Bookings and conduct
Clients and providers must communicate honestly, respect agreed service scope and times, and avoid unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or fraudulent conduct. A booking may be reviewed, reassigned, held or referred to Ops when an operational or safety concern arises.
Account restrictions
Aunti may suspend or disable an account where safety, fraud, misuse, legal compliance or marketplace integrity requires it. Affected users will be routed to the restricted-account experience where available.
Pre-pilot legal review
These terms reflect the current product and locked business rules. They must receive South African legal review before the public commercial launch.
