Information we collect
Depending on your role, Aunti may collect identity and contact details, account and verification status, household or business information, addresses, service preferences, provider experience, profile media, banking details, booking records, payment events and operational review notes.
Why we use it
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify providers, match Clients with eligible providers, manage bookings and payments, support users, investigate incidents, prevent misuse and meet legal or operational obligations.
Who receives information
Information is shared only where needed for marketplace operation, such as with the Client or provider involved in a booking, authorised Aunti Ops users, Supabase for authentication and data services, payment providers and other contracted service providers. Aunti does not use the Supabase service-role credential in browser code.
Security and retention
Aunti uses role-based access, secure authenticated sessions and server-side ownership checks. Retention periods, production backups, security monitoring and the secure provider-document design must be approved before public launch.
Your choices and rights
You may ask Aunti to correct inaccurate information or request access to, deletion of or information about the handling of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Formal request channels will be published before the pilot opens to external users.
Pre-pilot privacy review
This notice is an accurate product-level summary, not a substitute for a completed POPIA assessment. Aunti must confirm the responsible party details, Information Officer, request channels, retention schedule and operator agreements before public launch.
