Trust and safety

Using Aunti safely

Safety is shared between Clients, providers and Aunti Ops. Provider approval improves trust, but no marketplace screening process can remove every risk.

Before a booking

Keep your account details accurate, review the service scope and provider information, disclose relevant household conditions and use Aunti booking and payment records rather than informal arrangements.

During a booking

Respect personal boundaries, agreed work, household access rules and the dignity of everyone present. Do not request unlawful, dangerous or undisclosed work. Do not share passwords, verification codes or unnecessary financial information.

If something feels unsafe

Move to a safe place and contact the appropriate emergency service when there is immediate danger. Do not wait for an in-platform response. Preserve relevant booking messages, photographs or other evidence without placing yourself at further risk.

Provider screening

Aunties and Agencies must complete onboarding and receive Ops approval before becoming bookable. Secure identity-document, police-clearance, reference and background-check evidence handling is still a planned pre-launch capability and is not currently represented as complete.

Platform support

Booking concerns may be routed to Ops review. Rejected provider applications include an authenticated appeal process. Formal incident reporting, emergency escalation and published support contact channels remain launch requirements before external pilot use.
